1.1. You have the option to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by reaching out to our customer support team via email at team3dmitech@gmail.com. Upon cancellation within this timeframe, we will issue a full refund for the canceled order.
Please note that while our standard cancellation policy generally permits cancellations within 2 hours of order placement, this policy may vary depending on the chosen material and lead time for the order. If the lead time is 3 days, you have 2 hours to cancel the order. However, if the lead time is 1 day, you have only 1 hour to cancel the order due to the shorter lead time. We strive to be transparent about our policies and will work to ensure clarity for our customers moving forward.
1.2. Cancellation by the Company: In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as technical issues or material unavailability. If we cancel your order, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund.

2.4. It's imperative to note that while we are committed to upholding the quality of our products, we operate under the understanding that we are not accountable for the files utilized for printing. We operate on a print-on-demand model, utilizing the files exactly as they are transmitted to us through Instant Quote. It's essential to recognize that 3D printing functions as a tool for prototyping parts, and the utilization of printed parts is entirely at your discretion.
3.1. Some products may not be eligible for refunds due to their nature. These include customized or personalized items specifically created according to your specifications, as well as digital downloads or virtual products.
3.2. No refunds will be provided once production has started. Once production commences, the materials and resources have been allocated and utilized, making it non-reversible.
4.1. In cases where a return or exchange is required, we will provide instructions on the return process, including any applicable shipping details. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us, unless otherwise specified by our customer support team.
4.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipping process.
5.1. Once we receive the returned item and approve the refund, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account. The exact processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
5.2. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment used during the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method.
